Rob Conway is the Designated Broker at Charity Realty AZ in Litchfield Park, AZ. Rob specializes in assisting Buyers and Sellers in the Phoenix Metro area. Licensed since 2011, Rob became Broker/Owner of Charity Realty AZ in 2014. Currently Rob oversees 13 Realtors at Charity Realty AZ.
Before becoming a Realtor, he worked in the banking and mortgage industry after receiving his BA in Finance at Iowa State University. After gaining experience in those fields, and having the foresight of what was ahead, Rob started his own Short Sale/Loss Mitigation Company, All-Star Capital, LLC. Rob oversaw and managed over 300 property listings for short sale, and continues to do so today. Growing up most of his life in Alaska, he set out to pursue a lifelong dream of playing baseball for a living. This pursuit landed him in stops at Mendocino Community College in Ukiah, CA and at Iowa State University in Ames, IA. At Iowa State University, Rob earned such accolades as the Big XII Commissioner's Award for Academic Excellence, and was twice named Big XII Player of the Week. Rob continued his playing career in Chicago, IL playing for the Cook County Cheetahs of the Frontier Baseball League for 2 seasons, and then finished up with the Kelowna Heat in Kelowna, B.C. Canada. Rob is married to his beautiful wife, Danielle, and together they have 5 children.

Born and raised in Arizona, Shea Mahoney has an unprecedented knowledge of all neighborhoods located throughout the Valley of the Sun. Growing up in the West Valley and attending Xavier College Preparatory in Central Phoenix for high school. Attending Arizona State University while living in the Maple-Ash district of Tempe. Moving to Arcadia as a young adult and now a first time homebuyer right back where she grew up in Litchfield Park.
Shea graduated from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at Arizona State University with a BA in Journalism & Mass Communication, Emphasis in Public Relations and a Minor in Special Events Management. After graduating, Shea joined the family business and opened a restaurant with her father in downtown Litchfield Park. After running the restaurant for a few years, Shea decided she was ready to leave and explore different passions. This is what led Shea to her career in real estate.

In her free time, Shea plays competitive tennis throughout the Valley and is a Pilates instructor. She is the Vice President of her HOA and is a long standing Executive Committee member for the Pat Tillman Foundation’s Pat’s Run and the Litchfield Park Education Foundation Board.
